We accept returns and exchanges only for manufacturing defects within 15 days of delivery. We do not accept returns for a change of mind.
What qualifies as a manufacturing defect
Issues such as cracks, broken components, faulty seals, or defects that prevent normal use. Cosmetic minor variations or natural material texture are not defects.
If your item arrives damaged
Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery. Provide clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We’ll arrange a replacement or other solution.
How to request a return or exchange
Contact our customer support with your order number and photos showing the defect.
Our team will review and provide return instructions.
Do not discard packaging until instructed.
Return shipping & inspection
For verified manufacturing defects, we will cover return shipping or provide a prepaid return label (carrier options may vary).
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will contact you about the resolution (replacement, repair, or refund).
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we confirm the defect and receive the returned item. Processing times may vary by bank/payment provider.
Engraved / Customised items
Orders with laser engraving or customisation are non-refundable and non-cancellable once the engraving process has started. If a manufactured defect occurs with a customised item, contact support and we will evaluate on a case-by-case basis.
Exchanges
We will offer exchange or replacement for confirmed defects where stock is available. If the replacement is out of stock, you may choose a refund.
