Order processing

• Orders are processed and packed at our local warehouse in Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.
• Processing time: 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders may take slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Shipping & delivery times

• West Malaysia: 2–3 working days after dispatch.
• East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak): 5–10 working days after dispatch.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the carrier or peak season.

Shipping costs & free shipping

• Free standard shipping is available for orders above RM120, unless otherwise stated during special promotions.
• For orders below RM120, shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on chosen service.

Tracking your order

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link so you can monitor delivery status.

Shipping exceptions

• We currently ship to addresses within Malaysia only (update if you ship internationally).
• If you entered an incorrect delivery address, contact us immediately. Orders can be cancelled or modified only before they are shipped.
