We use recycled coffee grounds because discarded coffee grounds can harm the
environment. By repurposing them, we reduce waste and give coffee grounds a new life through material innovation.

Yes. All products are designed for everyday use and made with safety-tested materials. Items intended for food or drink contact are BPA-free and food-grade.

Yes. Products designed for beverages are suitable for both hot and cold drinks, with twin-walled thermal insulation to ensure comfortable handling.

Yes. Our products are designed to be lightweight yet durable, suitable for daily use at home, work, or on the go.

Where is my order shipped from?

All products are shipped directly from our local warehouse located at Petaling Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Delivery to West Malaysia takes 2–3 working days and East Malaysia takes 5–10 working days (Delivery time may vary slightly during peak seasons)

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor delivery status.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for manufacturing defects only

Manufacturing defects include issues such as cracks, faulty components, or defects that affect normal use.

Please contact our customer support team with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will assist you accordingly.

If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can arrange a replacement or solution.

Do you offer discounts for first-time customers?

 Yes. First-time customers may enjoy a special welcome offer, applied automatically after you sign-up an account.

When you subscribe to our newsletter, you’ll receive a voucher via email. If
you’re also a first-time customer, the best available discount will be applied
automatically at checkout.

No. Only one voucher or promotion can be applied per order. Discounts cannot

Can I cancel or change my order and delivery address?

Orders can be canceled or modified before shipment. Once shipped, changes are no longer possible. For orders with laser engraving, cancellations or returns are not accepted once the engraving process has done.
