1. Agreement to terms

By using our website and placing an order you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Shipping Policy, Return Policy, and Privacy Policy.

2. Orders & acceptance

  • Placement of an order is subject to acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders at our discretion (e.g., pricing errors, stock unavailability, verification failures).
  • Order confirmation email does not guarantee acceptance; you will be informed if we cannot accept your order.

3. Prices, taxes & payment

  • Prices shown are in MYR and exclude taxes unless stated. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
  • We accept major online payment methods displayed at checkout (credit/debit cards, online banking, e-wallets). Payment is processed by third-party providers.

4. Cancellations & modifications

  • Orders may be cancelled or changed before they are shipped. Contact customer support immediately to request changes.
  • Customised or engraved orders cannot be cancelled once the engraving process has started.

5. Shipping, delivery & risk

  • Shipping details in the Shipping Policy apply. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided. Please ensure shipping details are correct.

6. Returns & refund

  • Returns accepted only for manufacturing defects within 15 days of delivery; refer to our Return Policy for procedures and timelines.

7. Customisation & intellectual property

  • You are responsible for the content you submit for engraving / customisation (e.g., text, logos). We reserve the right to refuse custom content that is unlawful or violates our content rules.
  • All site content, images, and trademarks are our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce site content without written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from or in connection with the purchase of products is limited to the purchase price paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Governing law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.

10. Changes to policies

  • We may update these policies from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the site with an updated effective date.
